For Meets
Swimmers must wear a team swimsuit and team swim cap for meets. Our team swimsuits are available through Kiefer Aquatics (formerly All American Swim), located at 1231 NW Maynard Rd, Cary, NC 27513. If boys prefer a 'brief' type of swimsuit, they may wear a solid black one of their choosing. The team swim cap will be provided by the team. Swimmers may only use the designated team swim cap at meets, per TSA rules. They will also need goggles.

Swimmers will also need two towels, water and snacks.

For Practices

For regular practices, it's suggested that swimmers wear a competition-style suit and goggles. Swim caps are preferred and long hair has to be pulled back. Swimmers should also bring a towel and a water bottle.
