The first day of practice will be Monday, May 20, 2024.

Practice will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Once we begin Tuesday night meets, swim meets will replace the Tuesday afternoon practices.

6 and under and 7-8 will practice from 5-5:50 pm

9-10 have the option of attending either practice session

11 and up will practice from 6-6:50 pm.

Swimmers 10 years old and under: Must have a parent or designated adult (18 years or older) responsible for that swimmer and is REQUIRED to be on the pool deck during practices and meets. The Coaching Staff reserves the right to require adult supervision for swimmers over the age of 10 if warranted by the child’s behavior or skill level.

Swimmers 11 to 13 years old: May be released into the supervision of the coaching staff through signature sign-in for practices and meets only. A parent or designated adult must claim responsibility for their swimmer upon conclusion of practice session or meets, and will not be allowed to free swim without such transfer of responsibility.

Swimmers 14 years and up: Regular pool rules apply.
